Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • veggies optional

Instructions

  • Brown sausage until no longer pink.
  • Whip eggs in a bowl. Add cooked sausage, spices, cheese, and any other additions. Mix well.
  • Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into greased muffin pan.
  • Cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
