Ingredients

  • 4 cups bone broth beef or chicken
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine broth, coconut aminos, ginger, and black pepper in a medium-sized pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer.
  • Whisk eggs in a pourable mixing cup, then slowly pour the mixture into the broth through a fork to create ribbons of cooked egg. Use the fork to slowly stir until eggs are cooked through.
  • Add salt and hot sauce to taste.
  • Garnish and enjoy!
