Ingredients

  • 4 slices thinly sliced cheese
  • seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the cheese into quarters, either straight or diagonally depending on what shape you prefer. Spread out on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with desired seasoning.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until crispy and a nice golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the crisps to cool.
