Ingredients

  • 16 ounce coleslaw mix
  • 1.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp erythritol
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add coleslaw mix to the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine.
  • If you have time, place in refrigerator for an hour, or overnight for maximum flavor
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
