- 4 tbsp mayonnaise (I prefer Sir Kensington's or homemade to avoid seed oils. Add more if you'd like!)
- 2 filets wild caught salmon (Butcher Box!)
- seasoning (to taste)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with foil to minimize cleanup.
Remove salmon from packaging and pat dry. Don't skip this step! The mayo will adhere better if you do this.
Add mayonnaise and seasoning to your liking.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on how you prefer your salmon cooked.
