Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (I prefer Sir Kensington's or homemade to avoid seed oils. Add more if you'd like!)
  • 2 filets wild caught salmon (Butcher Box!)
  • seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with foil to minimize cleanup.
  • Remove salmon from packaging and pat dry. Don't skip this step! The mayo will adhere better if you do this.
  • Add mayonnaise and seasoning to your liking.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on how you prefer your salmon cooked.
